A Skirt Made By Me

a few days ago, the fashion lesson, I was taught about how to make a skirt that is simple for beginners. I was very happy when taught how to make a skirt, because I really love about fashion and also happened to be, the ideals I want to be a designer clothes. Okay I'll explain how to make a skirt that was taught by my teacher

First, we prepare the materials and tools needed :
- 2 sheets of brown paper
- Scissors cloth and paper scissors
- Patterned cloth length of 1.5 m
- Rader
- Tailor's chalk or pencil sewing
- Carbon Sewing
- Pins and sewing needles
- Sewing thread
- meter
 
tips: these materials can be purchased at fabric stores or sewing stores

Second, we have to measure the size of our bodies using a cloth tape measure and don't forget to write the results of your size on a paper. that need to be measured are waist circumference, hip circumference, hip height, front length skirt, long skirt side, and back skirt length. To measure how long the side skirt: plus 1 cm of length skirt front. To back skirt length how to measure it: the length minus 1 cm from the front skirt. whereas to measure the length of the face skirt: from the waist down to the knee or the desired length. To measure waist circumference: measured by fitting circular waist. To measure hip circumference: measured looped through the abdomen, butt, hip and through the side of most large, the size earned plus 4 cm. To measure the height of hip: measured from the hip down to the upper buttocks.

Third, we make the front skirt pattern, like the picture below and size below :

draw the front skirt pattern using brown paper, after drawing pattern, cut out the pattern.

draw the back skirt pattern using brown paper, after drawing pattern, cut out the pattern.

after the two pattern has been cut, and then we paste pattern on the fabric patterned using a pin. Before folding cloth taped patterned into 2 equal sides, then paste the front skirt pattern on the fold line the back of the patterned cloth, then outboard back skirt pattern also next to the front skirt pattern but give much distance. after taped, trace the pattern skirt by using tailor's chalk or pencil sewing but also give a distance about 5 cm from the pattern. After that, trace the pattern using Rader and carbon, by the way: put carbon under skirt pattern, then trace the shape of pattern using Rader. finished tracing, remove pattern from the patterned cloth. After that, cut a patterned cloth following the line of sewing using chalk or pencil. finished cut, take the cloth to the tailor to be sewn into skirt, you can also add decorations such as ribbons or pocket in a way tell artisan sewing.

My Holiday With My Family To Batu, Malang, June 24 2011 - June 26 2011

On June 24, 2011 until June 26, 2011, I and my family went on vacation to Batu and Malang, I also went with my cousin bella and Ivan, my grandmother and my grandfather. I left home at 17.00 and arrived at Batu at around 10 pm. Arriving at Batu, I was staying in a villa consisting of 5 rooms but rooms that I use only 4 rooms. After arrived at villa, I put my stuff in the room. I slept with my cousin named bella, and my brothers slept with my cousin named Ivan. my father slept with my mom and my grandma slept with my grandfather. Oh, I forgot, I also brought my dog ​​named Benboy. Benboy also slept with me.

the next day on June 25, 2011, I awoke at 7:00. then I ate rice bought by my mama and my grandma, then I take a shower. After showering, we are all getting ready to go to Jawa Timur Park (Jatimpark) 2 but my dog stayed at Villa. Jatimpark 2 located on Jl. Oro-oro Ombo and open at 10.00. Arriving at Jatimpark 2, I take pictures first. after that, my mama bought six tickets to get into Batu Secret Zoo and Museum Satwa. price of admission Rp 50,000. then, I entered Batu Secret Zoo with my daddy, bella, ivan, and my brothers, while my mama, my grandma and my grandfather was waiting in Jungle Fast Food restaurant. At Batu Secret Zoo I seen all kinds of animals from foreign countries and domestic countries. There are iguanas, giant rats, lions, tigers, penguins, ducks, white peacocks, honey bears, Ilama, owls, bats, various types of fishes, and others. After from Batu Secret Zoo, I ate rawon. After that, I'm going to Museum Satwa but not so, then we returned to villa. Evening at 17.00, we went to Malang Town Square (Matos) located in the city of Malang. In Matos we shopping and eating ice cream. Me and Bella in Matos bought necklaces and rings shaped like an owl. After from Matos, we returned to the Villa and saw TV until at 01.00.

June 26, 2011, I woke up at 09.00. this day was my last vacation at Batu and Malang. At 11 am, I went to Cuban Rondo and Pujon. In Cuban Rondo, I see beautiful waterfall and see animals and also playing bicycle with Bella, and at Pujon I ate roasted corn and toast. After from Pujon and Cuban Rondo, at 15:00, I went to Batu Night Spectacular (BNS). In BNS very crowded at all. At BNS, I played Sepeda Udara, go to rumah hantu, play go-kart, and go to Rumah Lampion. At Rumah lampion, I take pictures because there are so many lanterns of various shapes. After from BNS, at 18:00, I went home to Surabaya. I arrived at Surabaya 10 pm.
